• To arrange, on behalf of the A.O., for storage, maintenance, preservation and locking up arrangements as appropriate, of the movable / immovable assets.
• Valuation of Movable and Immovable Secured Assets through our panel of Government Approved Valuers.
• Verification of Stocks / Book Debts
• To act as `Custodian' of the asset
• Guiding for making fool proof Security Arrangements for safeguarding the Secured Premises through our Associate Security Agencies.
• Arranging for store/warehousing and transportation for secured movable assets.
• Arranging for valuation, insurance of secured assets.
• Monitoring end use of funds of the borrowers.
• Investigation of titles, borrower/guarantor assets.
• Legal, technical and financial due-diligence.
